Beef Braising Steak
Our 100% grass-fed beef braising steak is full of rich, traditional flavour and becomes beautifully tender when cooked slowly. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely and develop beef with wonderful depth and character.
Cut from the chuck and shoulder, this is a hard-working cut that rewards patient cooking, making it ideal for stews, casseroles, pies, ragù and hearty winter dishes. Brown the meat first to build flavour, then cook gently with stock, red wine, tomatoes, onions, herbs or root vegetables until soft and succulent. The slow cooking draws out richness and creates a comforting sauce.
Properly cooked, braising steak is one of the most rewarding cuts of grass-fed beef, offering depth, value and a traditional farmhouse feel.
