Our 100% grass-fed beef hanger steak, also known as onglet or butcher’s steak (because butchers used to keep it for themselves), is renowned for its deep, beefy flavour and tender texture. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing meat with real character.
Cut from the diaphragm, hanger steak has a loose grain that holds marinades beautifully. Cook quickly over high heat to medium-rare, slice thinly across the grain, and serve with chimichurri or pepper sauce.
Bold, juicy, and packed with flavour, this cut is a favourite among chefs for good reason.
