Beef Kidney
Our 100% grass-fed beef kidneys are full of rich, traditional flavour and make an excellent addition to classic British cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing nutrient-rich offal with wonderful depth of taste.
Kidneys are perfect for steak and kidney pies, suet puddings, slow-cooked casseroles and rich gravies. They can also be pan-fried with butter, onions and herbs for a quick, strongly flavoured meal. For the best texture, remove the core and lightly soak before cooking, then avoid overcooking.
Full of iron, protein and natural goodness, beef kidney is a classic nose-to-tail ingredient for cooks who value traditional cuts and properly raised grass-fed beef.
