Beef Marrow Bones
Our 100% grass-fed beef marrow and knuckle bones are prized for their rich, buttery flavour and usefulness in traditional, nutrient-dense cooking. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing bones with depth, body and proper provenance.
Roast the bones and scoop out the golden marrow for a simple, luxurious appetiser, or simmer slowly with vegetables, herbs and water to create collagen-rich stock, broth, soups, sauces and gravies.
They add depth, nutrition and a silky finish to farmhouse cooking while supporting nose-to-tail use of the animal.
Each pack includes one leg bone, cut into three sections: one straight marrow bone and two knuckle ends. The knuckle ends are split in half, giving five bone pieces per pack, ranging from approximately 10 to 20cm, perfectly sized for your stockpot.
