Our 100% grass-fed beef cheeks are a slow-cooking treasure, rewarding patience with fork-tender meat and incredible depth of flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with rich character and proper provenance.
Cut from the hard-working cheek muscle, this meat is full of natural collagen that melts during long, gentle cooking to create a silky sauce and beautifully soft texture. Slow-braise with red wine, stock, herbs and root vegetables, or use for ragù, pies, tacos and comforting winter dishes. The result is deeply savoury beef that falls apart at the touch of a fork.
