Beef (Ox) Liver
Our 100% grass-fed beef liver is rich, smooth and full of traditional flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing nutrient-rich offal with deep savoury character and clear provenance.
Liver cooks quickly and is best kept slightly pink, so use a hot pan and avoid overcooking. Pan-fry with onions, bacon, butter and herbs for a classic meal, or use it for pâté, nutrient-rich recipes and traditional farmhouse dishes. Its bold flavour also works well with garlic, sage, balsamic onions or a splash of cream.
