Our 100% grass-fed beef skirt steak is a full-flavoured butcher’s cut, prized for its rich beefy taste and tender texture when cooked properly. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with exceptional depth and character.
Skirt is a traditional flat steak from the skirt or body skirt area, with a loose, open grain that takes marinades well and cooks quickly over high heat. Marinate if you like, then sear, grill or barbecue rare to medium-rare and rest before slicing thinly across the grain. It is ideal for fajitas, stir-fries, steak salads, tacos, sandwiches and quick suppers with bold flavours.
