Our 100% grass-fed beef skirt steak is a butcher’s favourite, full of rich, beefy flavour and tender texture when cooked properly. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze freely, producing meat with exceptional depth.

Cut from the diaphragm muscle, skirt steak is ideal for quick searing or high-heat grilling. Marinate and cook rare to medium-rare for fajitas, stir-fries, or steak salads. Slice thinly across the grain to keep it tender and juicy.
