Our 100% grass-fed beef stock bones are ideal for making proper stock, broth, gravy, soups and sauces with real depth of flavour. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, providing bones with body, nourishment and clear provenance.
Roast first for a darker, richer stock, or simmer gently with vegetables, herbs and water for 8 to 12 hours to extract flavour, collagen and minerals. The result is a rich, gelatinous base for farmhouse cooking, whether you are making gravy, stew, broth, risotto or soup. These bones are also a practical way to support nose-to-tail eating and make full use of properly raised grass-fed beef.
