Beef Suet Fat
Our 100% grass-fed beef suet is finely minced fat from around the kidneys, valued for its clean flavour and excellent cooking qualities. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, providing traditional ingredients with proper provenance.
Suet is especially useful in classic British cooking, where it creates light pastry, dumplings, steamed puddings, mincemeat and rich crusts. It can also be used carefully for roasting, frying or adding flavour and texture to traditional recipes. Because it has a firm texture and a high melting point, suet gives dumplings and pastry their distinctive lightness.
