A true steak lover’s dream, our 100% grass-fed T-bone combines the best of both worlds: tender fillet on one side and juicy sirloin on the other, separated by the iconic T-shaped bone that adds incredible flavour during cooking.
This is a cut made for special occasions or when you just fancy something indulgent. Perfect for pan-frying, grilling, or barbecuing – and ideally served medium-rare to keep the fillet side tender and juicy.
Our cattle are raised slowly and naturally on pasture, resulting in nutrient-rich beef with real depth of flavour and better animal welfare. No grain, no additives – just real food, raised the right way.
Tip: Let your steak come to room temperature before cooking, sear hot and fast, then rest well before carving.
