Our 100% grass-fed flat beef brisket is a full-flavoured slow-cooking cut, ideal for low and slow meals, smoking, braising and barbecue. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our cattle graze naturally, producing beef with depth, texture and proper provenance.
Cut from the lower chest, flat brisket has a satisfying grain and is best cooked gently until tender. Marinate with spices, smoke slowly for barbecue, pot-roast with onions and stock, or braise until soft enough to slice across the grain.
