Our 100 % grass-fed lamb hearts are tender and full of character, offering a true taste of nose-to-tail eating. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our lambs live naturally, producing meat that is wholesome and nutrient-dense.
Lamb heart is excellent grilled, braised, or stuffed and roasted. Slice thinly for stir-fries, marinate in garlic and herbs, or slow-cook with onions and red wine for a dish that melts in the mouth. High in protein, iron, and B-vitamins, it offers great flavour and nutrition in equal measure.
