Our 100 % grass-fed lamb neck fillet is one of the most flavourful cuts on the animal, ideal for slow cooking until beautifully tender. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our lambs graze naturally, producing meat with rich depth and clean sweetness.
This cut is perfect for stews, curries, and braised dishes. Try slow-cooking with garlic, herbs, and red wine for a dish full of comfort, or cube it for kebabs and grill over a high heat for a smokier edge. It is also wonderful sliced thin and added to risottos or casseroles.
