Our pasture-raised chicken hearts are small but full of flavour, prized by chefs and home cooks alike for their tender texture and versatility. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our chickens develop strong muscles and rich, natural taste through their active lifestyle.

Chicken hearts are delicious when grilled on skewers, sautéed with garlic and herbs, or added to stews and broths for a nutrient-rich boost. They are high in protein, iron, and essential vitamins, making them both wholesome and flavourful.

Please note: These chicken hearts are currently sourced from our friends at Spurtham Farm in East Devon, who raise high-welfare, organic chickens. We’ve temporarily sold out of our own pasture-raised chicken hearts, but wanted to continue offering this popular cut until our own birds return in early summer.
