Chicken Neck
Our pasture-raised chicken necks are a brilliant kitchen staple, ideal for making rich stock and deeply flavoured broths. Raised outdoors on our organic and regenerative pastures, our chickens live naturally and grow well, which gives these bones the flavour and nutrition you want for home cooking.
Gently roast the necks until lightly browned, then simmer with onions, carrots, celery, herbs, and a splash of apple cider vinegar for a clear, golden stock. Use it as the base for soups, sauces, gravies, risottos, and ramen, or reduce it for a glossy jus.
From our organic and regenerative pastures, these necks add honest flavour to your kitchen while ensuring every part of the bird is valued.
Please note: These chicken necks are currently sourced from our friends at Spurtham Farm in East Devon, who raise high-welfare, organic chickens. We’ve temporarily sold out of our own pasture-raised chicken necks, but wanted to continue offering this popular cut until our own birds return in early summer.
