Slow-Grown for Better Flavour
Our turkeys are raised slowly on organic pasture where they graze and forage naturally, with their diet supplemented by organic grains. This steady growth produces meat that is moist, tender, and full of flavour.
Unlike fast-grown commercial birds, our turkeys develop naturally, giving you a roast that is both satisfying and memorable.
High Welfare, Naturally Raised
Our turkeys spend their lives outdoors on pasture where they can roam freely, forage, and behave naturally. This low-stress environment supports both animal welfare and meat quality.
Raising birds this way takes longer, but the result is a turkey with exceptional eating quality and provenance you can trust.

A national housing order is currently in force across the UK due to the bird flu risk. Because we farm our poultry seasonally, all of our birds were fully grown and off the farm before the order took effect. Every chicken, turkey and goose we sell has lived a completely free-range life with daily access to pasture.
