We believe the tastiest and healthiest beef is produced from animals reared in the most natural way.
Our native breed beef cattle graze in herds and enjoy a low-stress environment and a diet of native and herb enriched pastures to bring out the tender meadow flavours of our beef. Our lean, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef is high in omega-3 oils and rich in vitamins and minerals.
The Farm2Fork cattle are moved daily to fresh organic pastures where they enjoy a tasty fresh salad bar of grasses, clovers and herbs at their nutritional peak. They naturally fertilise the land to grow more grass without adding extra carbon to the atmosphere.
Beef from grass-fed, grass-finished cattle is healthier than beef from grain-fed cattle due to higher levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, CLAs; Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, and dietary protein.
Traditional native breed beef cattle develop just the right amount of marbling and muscle to produce the finest, succulent tasting and tender beef. Our beef cattle are locally slaughtered, matured on the bone, and allowed to dry-age for a minimum of 21 days before being traditionally butchered.
Our herd includes Aberdeen Angus; Hereford and Red Ruby Devon. All these breeds have their own individual and unique flavours, which are equally exceptional.
